This is a residential campus for a liberal arts institution run by a religious minority group. The client brief was to develop a campus rooted in the local context in every way, avoiding any imposition of an imported aesthetic. The architecture seeks to respond sensitively to local cultural, aesthetic, economic, and climatic realities, evolving an institution that is truly grounded in its milieu.
